Mary’s Advocacy Center is committed to providing accessible, individualized, and compassionate services. We strive to reduce barriers to care by offering multiple payment options and accepting various insurance plans when applicable.


Payment Options

Mary’s Advocacy Center accepts the following forms of payment:

  • Private pay (self-pay)
  • Sliding scale fees (based on eligibility and availability)
  • Insurance (see list below)
  • Grant-funded or program-supported services (when available)

Payment arrangements are discussed prior to services to ensure transparency and understanding.


Insurance Accepted

Mary’s Advocacy Center accepts select insurance plans for eligible services. Coverage may vary based on service type and individual plans.

Insurance plans may include:

  • Medicaid (Illinois)
  • Medicare (when applicable)
  • Select commercial/private insurance plans
  • Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs), when applicable – Coming soon

Sliding Scale & Reduced-Fee Services

Mary’s Advocacy Center offers sliding scale or reduced-fee options for eligible individuals, based on income, household size, and funding availability. Our goal is to ensure services remain accessible while maintaining high-quality, ethical care.

Grant-Funded & Community-Supported Services

Some services, programs, and groups may be offered at no cost or reduced cost through grant funding, donations, or community support. Availability may vary based on funding cycles and program eligibility.


Payment Expectations

  • Payment (or insurance verification) is required prior to services
  • Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to fees, when applicable
  • Clients will be informed of any fees in advance
